Affiliate Manager (Crypto)

We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our crypto team in Kiev. You'll be responsible for traffic monetization, partner acquisition, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

• •Minimum 6 months of traffic management experience
• •English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
• •Strong negotiation and communication skills
• •Existing partner database is a plus
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• •Sales and traffic monetization
• •Finding and negotiating with new partners
• •Building and maintaining long-term business relationships
• •Analytics, reporting, and optimization
• •Representing the company at industry conferences

• •Flexible work arrangement: office in central Kiev or remote (depending on experience)
• •Work schedule: 5/2, 11:30–17:00
