We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our crypto-focused team. This is an opportunity to work with a well-developed structure including support, technical, and financial teams.

• •**BizDev Manager** — Sales only
• •**Source Manager** — Media Buying only

• •Base rate from $1000+ per month
• •Commission up to 40%
• •Choice between fixed or dynamic percentage structure
• •Individual terms available based on high performance
• •Flexibility to specialize in sales OR media buying

• •Minimum 1+ year of experience in crypto niche (Affiliate/BizDev positions)
• •Deep understanding of CPL, CPA, CRG payment models
• •Knowledge of various traffic sources and their specifics:
• •Facebook
• •Google
• •Native sources
• •Established partner network and database (brands/networks/buying platforms)
• •English language skills B1-B2 level (preferred)

• •Remote, Hybrid, or Office options available
• •Location: Kyiv
