About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our leading gambling vertical partnership network. You will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, managing relationships, and optimizing traffic quality.

Responsibilities

•Search for and attract new partners (web resources, teams)
•Build long-term relationships and conduct negotiations
•Monitor traffic quality and performance metrics
•Analyze data and optimize partnership terms
•Develop and maintain partner engagement strategies

Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager
•Understanding of arbitrage and partnership program mechanics
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (significant plus)
•Ability to analyze numerical data and work with spreadsheets
•Experience in the gambling vertical is a plus
