Affiliate Manager

Motion Media is a large and rapidly growing affiliate network operating in the crypto vertical. We're scaling aggressively and seeking a strong Affiliate Manager to help us attract high-quality traffic.

• •Source and onboard new affiliate partners
• •Build and maintain loyal long-term relationships with partners
• •Analyze KPIs and continuously improve results
• •Work with CRM and partner management tools
• •Identify and create win-win opportunities

• •Minimum 1 year of affiliate marketing experience
• •English language proficiency (B1 level or higher)
• •Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
• •Ability to identify and create mutually beneficial partnerships

• •Work within a large-scale affiliate network with growth potential
• •Conference attendance covered by the company
• •Optional relocation to our European office
