About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team and drive partnership growth across Tier-1 markets (US/UK/CA/AU). You will enjoy maximum autonomy with minimal bureaucracy while working on high-impact affiliate campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain partner relationships: support existing partners and identify new opportunities
•Monitor traffic quality: analyze metrics and detect fraud
•Communicate with affiliate partners and negotiate partnership terms
•Validate traffic sources and launch new partnerships
•Monitor key performance indicators and optimize partner performance based on data
•Collaborate with analytics, product, and B2B teams
•Manage tracking systems and analyze campaign performance

Requirements

•3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (dating or related verticals)
•English language proficiency at B2+ level
•Proven experience launching and scaling affiliate programs
•Knowledge of tracking systems (Affise, Voluum, or similar)
•Understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, ROMI models
•Basic knowledge of marketing channels: Meta, SEO, PPC, native advertising
•Experience working with analytical dashboards (Tableau or analogues)
•Strong analytical and communication skills
