Assistant Media Buyer (Facebook)

We are looking for an Assistant/Junior Media Buyer specializing in Crypto to join our high-performing team. If you are unsatisfied with management attitude elsewhere, lack team expertise, have limited budgets, insufficient caps, or low conversion rates, we can solve any of your pain points and develop your media buying skills across multiple aspects.

• •We consistently achieve $100k+ profit per buyer as our standard minimum (not maximum)
• •$30k+ profit is considered underperformance
• •No competitors in Ukraine's crypto media buying space come close to our scale
• •We provide exceptional compensation and a supportive environment for top performers

• •Willingness to work 16 hours daily
• •Mandatory office attendance (not remote)
• •Required experience with Facebook Ads as Assistant or Junior Media Buyer in CRYPTO vertical
• •Structured approach to work and data analysis
• •Ability to analyze data and draw correct conclusions
• •Experience working in Crypto vertical (advantage)
• •Ability to work with large budgets
• •Priority skills: experience with T-1 and T-2 geos
• •Attention to detail
• •Initiative, creativity, and commitment to achieving results

• •Effective execution of advertising campaigns
• •Continuous monitoring and analysis of ad campaigns
• •Finding and scaling profitable offers
• •Continuous testing of offers, geos, approaches, and creative strategies
