Business Developer Manager

Just Traffic Pro, a media buying company, is seeking an experienced Business Developer Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing relationships with advertisers and driving partnership development within the gambling vertical.

• •Analyze requests from media buyers to identify and select offers with the most favorable terms for current geos
• •Maintain daily communication with advertisers and CPA networks to develop and maintain strong partnerships
• •Negotiate rates, caps, and cuts with partners
• •Conduct reconciliations with advertisers (in collaboration with technical and financial specialists), monitor and resolve issues related to accounts receivable
• •Onboard new advertisers for collaboration (no strict KPIs or targets for new partner acquisition; this task will be implemented based on your availability and team needs)

• •Minimum 9 months of BizDev experience on the arbitrage team side. We are willing to consider candidates with Affiliate Manager experience on the advertising/PP side, provided you have deep knowledge of the gambling advertiser market
• •Strong understanding of gambling vertical specifics (brands, traffic evaluation criteria, etc.)
• •Proven ability to negotiate and secure favorable or exclusive terms from advertisers

Salary is negotiated individually based on your skills and experience. Bonuses available after the probation period.
