CRM Manager

APEX MEDIA is looking for a detail-oriented CRM Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, analyzing information, and optimizing our CRM processes.

• •Maintain and organize data in CRM systems
• •Work with spreadsheets (data collection and basic analysis)
• •Monitor information accuracy and relevance
• •Analyze data and prepare reports
• •Identify errors, inconsistencies, and growth opportunities
• •Collaborate with the team to improve CRM processes
• •Propose ideas for CRM workflow optimization

• •Detail-oriented and analytical thinker
• •Able to work with large volumes of information
• •Receptive to feedback and able to apply it constructively
• •Skilled at data structuring and organization
• •Responsible and systematic approach to work

• •Basic experience with CRM systems or spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
• •Previous experience in similar roles
• •Data analysis and reporting skills
• •Understanding of basic CRM principles

• •Office-based in Kyiv: 10:00-17:00 for the first 2 months
• •Remote work: 17:00-22:00 after the initial period
