• •Test, optimize, and scale profitable ad campaigns and creatives
• •Conduct analytics, hypothesis testing, and performance analysis
• •Build and maintain campaign strategies based on data-driven insights
• •Work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 geographic markets
• •Convert traffic into profit through strategic optimization and scaling
• •Track and report campaign performance metrics

• •Minimum 6 months of proven experience in cryptocurrency media buying
• •Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries/regions
• •Strong ability to test, scale, and identify winning ad combinations
• •Proficiency in analytics, hypothesis testing, and strategy development
• •Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook advertising platforms
• •Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• •Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
