Farm Manager

We are a fast-moving team operating at scale where everything must be controlled: accounts, shops, spreadsheets, and purchases. We're looking for someone who thrives on maintaining order even in chaos — where every process is organized and the entire team moves forward synchronously.

• •Source shops, sellers, and agencies for account and log purchases (Facebook and Google)
• •Maintain and update spreadsheets, track status changes
• •Communicate with the team and coordinate tasks
• •Monitor account quality and quantity metrics, improve performance indicators

• •6+ months of experience working with accounts (preferred)
• •Attention to detail, systematic thinking, and responsibility
• •Experience in arbitrage, account farming, or account purchasing
• •Proficient with Google Sheets and Excel

• •$500–1000 salary + KPI-based bonuses

• •Hybrid model: 1–2 weeks in office (onboarding) → remote thereafter
