We are seeking an experienced Farm Team Lead who not only farms accounts but lives and breathes this work. You will manage a team of farmers, build processes, and drive results in Google account farming.

• •Form and manage a team of farmers
• •Build and optimize the process of account creation and warming
• •Control quality, set tasks, and monitor results
• •Continuously test new approaches and optimize strategies
• •Maintain clear and transparent reporting

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in Google account farming
• •At least 6 months of team lead experience
• •Strong knowledge of anti-detect tools, proxies, and VMs
• •Deep understanding of account warming and block bypassing techniques
• •Experience managing teams of 10+ people
• •Ability to maintain focus, analyze data, and work systematically
