We are building advertising infrastructure that survives Google bans, updates, and chaos. With 4+ years in crypto, hundreds of thousands of dollars in traffic volume, and proprietary anti-detect solutions, billing systems, and account warm-up tools, we deliver results in a challenging landscape.

We're looking for a Farmer who doesn't just "create accounts" but produces working tools for generating revenue.

### Key Responsibilities

• •Farm and warm up Google Ads accounts for crypto and financial offers
• •Build trust and prepare accounts for scaling
• •Track bans, reasons, patterns, and anomalies
• •Hand over only accounts that can sustain budget to the team
• •Keep the farm in a state of constant readiness

• •Minimum 2 months of experience in Google Ads/Facebook farming
• •Experience working with anti-detect tools, proxies, cookies, and fingerprints
• •Understanding of why accounts get banned and how to minimize this
• •Ability to manage dozens of accounts without chaos
• •Willing to pass a polygraph test

• •Closed technical infrastructure (everything is already set up — just start working)
• •Strong media buying team that really drives volume
