Finance Manager

PlayTraff is seeking an experienced Finance Manager specializing in Crypto/FX operations. This is a full office-based position in Warsaw with a structured work schedule.

• •Mandatory experience in Crypto/FX niche
• •Excellent numerical and analytical skills with formulas and calculations
• •Proficiency with payments, currencies, and cashless financial operations
• •Deep understanding of P&L reports and balance sheets with double-entry bookkeeping knowledge
• •Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
• •Ability to work with large datasets and financial models
• •Systematic, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• •English language skills: Intermediate level minimum

• •Full financial operations support: payouts, salaries, bonuses, and budgeting
• •In-depth cost and departmental efficiency analytics (buying, farming, support teams)
• •Identify financial blind spots: overspending, miscalculations, hidden expenses
• •Monitor financial flows and ensure quality financial reporting
• •Financial forecasting, planning, and identifying optimization opportunities
