Head of Affiliate Network

We are seeking a strong leader to head and scale our Affiliate Network. We already have our own affiliate network, in-house buying infrastructure, and a results-driven team. We need a Head to elevate this direction to the next level.

• •Managing a real large-scale system with 20+ managers on staff
• •4 in-house media buying teams (Facebook/Google) whose traffic flows through the network
• •Worldwide (WW) geography
• •Office in Warsaw or hybrid format

• •Management and development of Affiliate Network (strategy + operations)
• •Coordination and development of 20+ manager team
• •Building systems: processes, KPIs, reporting, scaling
• •Formulating and implementing affiliate strategy
• •Interaction with 4 in-house media buying teams (FB/Google) whose traffic is monetized through the network
• •Attracting new partners and developing existing ones
• •Quality control of traffic and KPI compliance
• •Competitive analysis and identification of new GEOs/channels
• •Process automation and implementation of new tools

• •Office location in Warsaw or hybrid format
