Head of Farm

DMND is seeking an experienced Head of Farm to build and scale a farming department focused on crypto direction. This is a key role with direct impact on purchase stability and Google traffic scaling.

• •3+ years of experience farming Google accounts
• •1+ year of experience as Team Lead / Head of Farm
• •Experience managing farm teams of 20+ employees
• •Deep expertise in Google Ads farming (trust, limits, anti-fraud)
• •Experience working with large volumes of accounts
• •Proven and verified farming approaches and methodology
• •Real case studies of solving systemic farm issues
• •Experience building effective farm departments

• •Build and develop Google Farm Department
• •Manage farmer team operations
• •Training, onboarding, and quality control of work
• •Search for and test new farming approaches
• •Ensure stable pool of accounts for buying requests
• •Process optimization and scaling
• •Collaboration with Google buying team
