Head of Farm

DMND is seeking an experienced Head of Farm to build and scale a farm department for crypto-oriented Google traffic operations. This is a key position with direct impact on purchase stability and Google traffic scaling.

• •3+ years of experience farming Google accounts
• •1+ year of experience as Team Lead or Head of Farm
• •Experience managing farm teams of 20+ employees
• •Deep expertise in Google Ads farming (trust, limits, anti-fraud)
• •Experience working with large volumes of accounts
• •Proven personal approaches and methodology
• •Real case studies of solving systemic farm issues
• •Strong track record in building effective farm departments

• •Build and develop the Google Farm Department
• •Manage and lead a team of farmers
• •Training, onboarding, and quality control of team work
• •Research and test new farming approaches
• •Ensure stable pool of accounts for buying requests
• •Optimize processes and scale operations
• •Collaborate with Google buying team
