Head of Farm

DMND is seeking an experienced Head of Farm to build and scale a dedicated farm department focused on crypto-direction operations. This is a key strategic role with direct impact on purchase stability and Google traffic scaling.

• •Build and develop the Google Farm Department from the ground up
• •Manage and lead a team of 20+ farm specialists
• •Oversee training, onboarding, and quality control of team members
• •Research, test, and implement new farming approaches and methodologies
• •Ensure a stable pool of verified accounts aligned with buying requirements
• •Optimize processes and drive scalable growth
• •Collaborate with Google buying team on strategic initiatives
• •Solve systemic farm-related issues and maintain Google Ads compliance

• •3+ years of proven experience farming Google accounts
• •1+ year of experience as a Team Lead or Head of Farm
• •Track record managing farm teams of 20+ employees
• •Deep expertise in Google Ads farming (trust, limits, anti-fraud systems)
• •Experience managing large volumes of accounts
• •Proprietary, verified approaches and proven methodologies
• •Real case studies demonstrating resolution of systemic farming issues
• •Strong understanding of account creation, verification, and scaling strategies

• •Strategic thinker with hands-on operational experience
• •Strong team leadership and mentoring abilities
• •Problem-solving mindset with proven system optimization skills
