Head of Google Farm

We are seeking an experienced Head of Google Farm to lead and develop our Google Ads farming operations. This is a leadership position responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing farm department.

• •Build, manage, and develop the Google Farm Department
• •Search for and test new approaches to Google account farming
• •Interact with Google buyers and ensure a stable pool of accounts based on their requests
• •Lead and mentor a team of 20+ specialists
• •Maintain trust levels and account limits across the farm infrastructure
• •Implement anti-fraud measures and compliance protocols

• •1+ year of experience as a Team Lead / Head of Farm managing farm teams of 20+ employees
• •3+ years of hands-on experience with Google account farming
• •Deep expertise in Google Ads farming (trust, limits, anti-fraud mechanisms)
• •Strong leadership and team management skills
• •Knowledge of farming strategies and account management best practices
