Head of Link Building

SEO-agency with 70+ employees specializing in iGaming. We are looking for an experienced Head of Link Building to create a sustainable, scalable, and transparent link-building strategy across our project portfolio, consolidate current processes, build a team, and take control of all external link acquisition channels.

• •Develop and implement a unified link-building strategy
• •Conduct process audits across existing operations
• •Build and manage an in-house team (link builders, outreach specialists)
• •Source and integrate link acquisition channels: outreach, PBN, permanent links, and others
• •Implement analytics and monitoring systems (profile monitoring, anti-spam controls)
• •Establish KPIs and quality control processes
• •Influence company-wide SEO strategy

• •3+ years of experience in link building
• •Deep understanding of SEO and Google algorithms
• •Experience working with RU/EN websites and understanding different approaches
• •Ability to build processes from scratch (KPIs, quality control)
• •Leadership skills and analytical mindset
• •Willingness to pass a polygraph test
