Head of Media Buying
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head/Team Lead of Media Buying with deep expertise in traffic management, from creative development to retention and scaling. Your mission is to build a strong Facebook department focused on direct Tier-1 desks.
Key Responsibilities
- •Lead and build a high-performing media buying team
- •Manage Facebook advertising campaigns across top-tier geographic markets
- •Develop and implement retention strategies for long-term campaign success
- •Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining quality and ROI
- •Analyze traffic patterns, identify optimization opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions
- •Work autonomously to structure the department according to your vision
- •Collaborate closely with creative and conversion optimization teams
