Head of Tech / Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Head of Tech / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and maintain arbitrage infrastructure from scratch for our in-house affiliate/arbitrage team operating in crypto and FX markets.

• •Build edge-level cloaking and anti-bot filtering infrastructure from zero
• •Integrate TDS (Keitaro) with the entire technical stack
• •Maximize domain lifetime and implement anti-abuse processes
• •Standardize server deployment and landing page management
• •Automate manual processes and eliminate technical debt
• •Ensure 24/6 production stability and handle critical incidents
• •Develop playbooks and technical standards for the team

• •**3+ years** in affiliate/arbitrage teams (crypto, FX, gambling)
• •**Cloaking expertise:**
• •Simple and advanced (multi-layer) cloaking techniques
• •Understanding why cloaks get detected and rapid adaptation to new risks
• •**Edge-level infrastructure:**
• •Cloudflare Workers, WAF, Bot Management, Transform Rules
• •Or DDoS-Guard and alternative edge solutions
• •**Traffic filtering:**
• •User-Agent, IP, ASN, DC ranges filtering
• •Fingerprint and behavior-based logic
• •Rate-limiting, JS challenges, allow/deny scenarios
• •**Anti-abuse and domain longevity:**
• •Minimizing abuse triggers
• •Working with hosting providers and registrars
• •Fast migrations, rotations, and backup plans
• •**Server expertise:**
• •Linux, Nginx, SSL, DNS administration
• •Proxies, tunnels, logging
• •Hardening and backups
• •**Full-stack capabilities:**
• •Server setup from scratch
• •Landing page deployment and migration
• •Automation (Node.js, Python)
• •**DevOps approach:**
• •Docker containerization
• •Basic CI/CD pipelines
• •Monitoring and alerting systems
• •**Scale management:**
• •Managing dozens of domains
• •Mass deployments with templates and configs
• •Error control and rollback procedures
• •**TDS/Tracking (MANDATORY):**
• •Hands-on experience with Keitaro
• •Understanding flows, campaigns, offers, and landers
• •TDS integration with cloaks and edge filtering
• •Postback, tokens, and parameter management
• •Debugging traffic losses, redirects, loops, and routing issues
• •Experience with alternative TDS (Binom, AdsBridge) is a plus
• •**Technical SEO basics:**
• •Indexation management
• •Canonical and hreflang tags
• •Understanding technical risks

• •Cloudflare API automation (zones, rules, workers)
• •Log analysis (ELK, ClickHouse, Grafana, or custom solutions)
