Junior Affiliate Manager

### About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager in the crypto vertical — someone who has some experience in affiliate marketing and wants to grow into a strong affiliate professional, not just provide support for years.

If you already have at least 2-3 months of experience in the crypto vertical, that's enough to join us and start developing properly alongside experienced affiliate managers and media buyers.

### What We Offer

You won't experience the typical "here's a chat, find partners yourself" approach. Instead, you'll join an already established system with:

• •Strong affiliate managers with extensive experience
• •Ready-made processes and market understanding
• •Many referral sources and good reputation in the crypto sphere
• •Active partners and established working relationships
• •Leadership that genuinely shares knowledge and experience

This is a great opportunity to quickly grow as an affiliate manager with solid experience and income.

### Key Requirements

• •Minimum 2-3 months of experience in crypto vertical
• •Desire to learn and develop
• •Adequate communication skills
• •Interest in affiliate/crypto sphere
• •Ability to focus on tasks and stay responsive

### Working Conditions

• •Modern office in Kyiv
• •Schedule: 10:00–18:00
• •Breaks, lunches, and normal atmosphere without excessive hierarchy
• •Base salary + profit percentage
• •Real opportunity to quickly grow in income and position
• •Team without toxicity or excessive micromanagement
• •Confidentiality assured
