Junior Business Development Manager

• •Work with existing advertisers and maintain strong business relationships
• •Source and identify new advertisers through market research and networking
• •Conduct negotiations and close deals on favorable terms
• •Analyze traffic quality metrics and gather feedback from advertisers
• •Make data-driven decisions regarding partner continuation and expansion
• •Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• •Identify opportunities for traffic scaling and revenue growth
• •Maintain continuous communication with the traffic acquisition team to scale campaigns effectively
• •Monitor and manage financial relationships with partners
• •Track KPIs and campaign performance metrics

• •Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (conversational fluency required)
• •Strong communication and negotiation skills
• •Attention to detail in contract management and deal structuring
• •Knowledge of key advertising metrics and campaign analytics
• •Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
• •Experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or iGaming is a plus
• •Ability to multitask and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
