Junior Media Buyer

WIN STREAK is a growing team at the intersection of crypto, marketing, and technology. We're looking for an ambitious, attentive, and eager-to-learn media buyer to join our ranks.

• •Setup and launch advertising campaigns (guidance and training provided at start)
• •Analyze campaign effectiveness and performance metrics
• •Create and edit creative assets (photos/videos)
• •Routine account farming and specialized software work (full training provided)
• •Visual preparation of materials and task assignment for technical departments

• •Experience with advertising source fills (any source/vertical)
• •Confident PC and social media skills
• •Attention to detail, diligence, and logical thinking
• •Desire to grow in the crypto direction and see projects through to completion

• •Training on Google Ads within Crypto/FX vertical
• •Growth path to Middle Media Buyer based on personal performance metrics
• •Office in central Warsaw with vacation and comfort benefits
• •Work schedule: Monday-Friday
• •Comfortable remote work arrangement with experienced team if not in Warsaw
• •Career growth to Media Buyer position with skill development and practical experience
• •Base rate + percentage commission (progressive bonus system after probation period)
