We are seeking a Lead Media Buyer for Google Ads to take leadership of this direction, build a team, and drive results.

• •Lead and manage a team of media buyers: set tasks, monitor KPIs, and develop team members

• •Identify new combinations, approaches, and trends for maximum ROI
• •Participate in recruitment and training of new media buyers

• •Experience driving traffic through Google Ads PPC
• •Experience with Nutra, Fintech, Gambling, Betting verticals
• •Strong ability to set clear tasks and create briefs for teams
• •Skill in testing creatives, prelanders, combinations, and working with trackers
• •Experience managing budgets from $100,000+ per month
• •Minimum 1 year experience in a Lead position in an arbitrage team
• •Strong understanding of trends, analytics, and traffic optimization
• •Readiness to develop and lead a team forward
