Lead System Administrator

We are one of the leading Sales departments in a product-based IT company specializing in software development for various industries. Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a qualified System Administrator for our office in Kyiv.

• •Setup and maintenance of computers, routers, and network equipment
• •Support of office local network (LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP)
• •Installation and updates of software
• •Ensuring stable operation of internet channels and backup connections
• •Support and administration of IP telephony (Asterisk, Zadarma, Binotel, others)
• •Integration of telephony with CRM systems (e.g., Ringostat, Bitrix24, amoCRM)
• •Configuration of SIP accounts, call accounting, logging, call forwarding
• •Technical support for users in case of failures or communication issues
• •Network access control, workstations, and system management
• •Organization of backup operations (including call recordings)
• •Installation of antivirus protection and update control
• •Account management and protection, password control
• •Support of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
• •Setup of corporate email, drives, messengers (Slack, Telegram, etc.)
• •Provision and control of access to corporate resources
• •Assistance to employees with technical questions (laptop, microphone, internet, software)
• •Setup of new workplaces, equipment distribution
• •Technical onboarding of new employees
• •Maintenance of equipment database (inventory management)

• •Experience in similar position for 2+ years
• •Autonomous and expert ability to solve all technical issues for office and employees
• •Windows and Linux operating systems knowledge
• •Experience with network equipment, virtualization, and databases
• •Experience working in gray niche markets
• •High responsibility, organization skills, and communicability
• •Work schedule: 5/2, 10-19, metro Pecherska
