Marketing Analyst

Diamond Partner is a product-driven iGaming startup with Ukrainian roots. The company operates two successful products — casino and betting platforms on Phoenix and TrueLabel, with a third brand launching on SoftSwiss in March 2026. We are backed by stable funding from a major holding company with 65+ team members.

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst who will help scale customer acquisition and retention through data-driven insights. This is a critical role at the intersection of Marketing and Product with direct impact on company growth.

• •Analyze marketing channels and campaigns (CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, retention metrics)
• •Build dashboards and prepare regular performance reports
• •Identify insights from funnels, cohorts, and customer segments
• •Monitor tracking accuracy and data quality (GA4, GTM, UTM, attribution)
• •Investigate metric discrepancies and ensure data integrity

• •Proven experience in marketing or product analytics
• •Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of performance metrics
• •Hands-on experience with GA4/GTM and BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase)

• •iGaming industry experience
• •BigQuery proficiency
• •Amplitude or AppsFlyer experience
• •Basic Python knowledge
• •Server-side tracking understanding
• •LTV forecasting and churn prediction knowledge
