• •Work with unlimited test budgets to identify and validate high-performing creatives and audiences
• •Collaborate with internal design team to develop compelling ad creatives
• •Handle large volumes of campaign data and performance metrics
• •Monitor ROI and profitability metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly
• •Work proactively to identify new opportunities and optimization angles

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in crypto vertical advertising
• •Proven expertise in Facebook Ads or Google PPC campaigns
• •Understanding of Tier-1 and Tier-2 market dynamics
• •Portfolio or case studies demonstrating large profit generation
• •Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills
• •Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
