• •Middle to Senior level experience in gambling vertical media buying
• •Proven track record of scaling campaigns with large budgets
• •Strong analytical skills with ability to work with performance metrics
• •Experience with Tier 1-3 country geo-targeting
• •Native advertising experience
• •Profit-focused mindset and ability to optimize for ROI
• •Self-motivated and able to work independently
• •Ukrainian language preferred (based on original posting)
