Fellows is a team with 5+ years of experience in the Gambling industry. We're looking for experienced media buyers who understand the nuances of high-budget campaigns and want to work in an environment where things actually get done.

We're seeking media buyers with proven experience in Gambling and daily budgets starting from $1,000+. You'll work across multiple platforms:

• •Facebook
• •UAC (User Acquisition Campaigns)
• •PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
• •In-app advertising
• •TikTok

• •**Infrastructure without profit limits**: Strong business development team, diverse offers, in-house design capabilities (static graphics, motion graphics, UGC actors), farm resources, and technical support — everything moves fast
• •**Experienced team leads**: Not just giving advice, but actively running campaigns themselves
• •**Scalable conditions**: A framework and terms that make you want to grow your campaigns
• •**Flexible location**: Office in Warsaw or fully remote
• •**Action-focused culture**: Minimal talk, maximum campaign launches

• •Proven experience in Gambling vertical
• •Ability to manage daily budgets of $1,000+
• •Expertise in FB, UAC, PPC, In-app, or TikTok advertising
• •Middle, Senior, or Team Lead level experience
• •Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
