• •Direct broker connections (up to $2,000 per FTD)

• •Full infrastructure: design, landing pages, tech, affiliate support
• •Focus on profit, not formal KPIs

### Junior

• •Basic experience with Facebook or Google ads
• •Daily spend: $500–$1,000
• •Income potential: $3,000–$10,000+/month

### Middle

• •Stable experience managing campaigns
• •Daily spend: $2,000–$5,000+
• •Income potential: $15,000–$50,000+/month

### Senior

• •Experience scaling large budgets
• •Consistent profitability track record
• •Income potential: $50,000–$300,000+/month
