We are seeking an experienced media buyer on partnership terms — not just a specialist who knows how to "scale", but an analyst and strategist who can drive real results in real estate marketing.

• •Full cycle management of Facebook and YouTube Ads — launch, optimization, and scaling
• •Generate hypotheses and constantly test new creatives and ad combinations
• •Build sales funnels and conversion optimization strategies
• •Brief designers and participate in landing page creation
• •Work with unit economics: ROI, CPC, CPL, LTV analysis
• •Deep metrics analysis and data-driven decision making
