• •Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for iGaming verticals
• •Test, scale, and maximize performance of advertising campaigns
• •Work with large daily budgets ($3,000+) efficiently and strategically
• •Analyze campaign metrics and optimize conversion funnels for maximum ROI
• •Implement creative testing strategies and identify winning ad variations
• •Collaborate with BizDev team, in-house designers, and push-department to improve traffic quality and conversions
• •Continuously monitor performance and adapt strategies based on data insights
• •Contribute to team growth and mentor junior specialists when possible

• •Minimum 2 years of proven experience in iGaming media buying
• •Deep expertise with Facebook Ads platform — proficient in testing, scaling, and optimization
• •Proven track record managing daily budgets of $3,000+
• •Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for ROI
• •Creative mindset with knowledge of current trends and commitment to continuous testing
• •Results-oriented approach with ambition to achieve high performance metrics
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus
