Media Buyer (Native Ads, Crypto)

We are a crypto arbitrage team looking for a specialized media buyer who deeply understands native traffic. We focus on building and scaling funnels through native ad formats for high-performing verticals in the crypto space.

• •Work with native ads as a primary traffic source
• •Build and scale conversion funnels through showcases and landing pages
• •Manage the full cycle: creative → prelanding/showcase → landing page → analytics → scaling
• •Analyze traffic performance beyond basic metrics: devices, GEO, browsers, timing, segments
• •Implement and optimize tracking, postbacks, and ROI measurement
• •Test hypotheses and implement new ideas with freedom and autonomy
• •Work with exclusive offers and leverage strong infrastructure
• •Scale campaigns with unlimited testing budget when results are proven

• •Mandatory experience with native ads
• •Minimum 2+ years of traffic arbitrage experience
• •Deep understanding of crypto funnels: registrations, deposits, FTD (first time deposit)
• •Proficiency with trackers, postbacks, ROI, LTV, CPA/RevShare models
• •Ability to analyze traffic at granular level: devices, GEO, browsers, timing, audience segments
• •Understanding of full campaign funnel architecture and optimization
• •Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
