Media Buyer / Team Lead

• •Manage and scale advertising campaigns across Facebook, In-App, and other channels
• •Optimize media buying strategies to maximize ROI and campaign performance
• •Work with unlimited budgets to test, launch, and scale profitable campaigns across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 GEOs
• •Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify growth opportunities
• •Collaborate with designers, integrators, and BizDev team to execute campaigns
• •Lead team initiatives and mentor junior media buyers (for Team Lead positions)
• •Manage relationships with direct advertisers and secure best offers and conditions
• •Drive results-oriented approach, focusing on outcomes rather than process

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming
• •Proven experience working in arbitrage teams
• •Strong understanding of Facebook Ads and/or In-App advertising platforms
• •Results-oriented mindset with focus on performance metrics
• •Ability to scale campaigns and manage large budgets
• •Experience with CPA and Spend-based models
• •Desire to grow and develop professionally within the team
• •Remote work experience preferred
