Media Buyer / Traffic Arbitrageur

We are launching a traffic arbitrage direction in the gambling/crypto vertical and seeking an experienced solo media buyer who already has their own infrastructure and is looking for a long-term partnership to grow together.

This is not a team hire — this is the start of something bigger. You'll be the first specialist, and we're fully open to the model: "Show results → Build the department together."

• •Real-world experience in arbitrage (gambling/crypto) — minimum 1 year
• •Existing infrastructure in place: accounts, creatives, tracking, proxies, and your own system
• •Mandatory case studies from previous positions (ROI, GEO, traffic sources)
• •Ability to scale campaigns independently and take responsibility for results
• •Skills in scaling and testing ad connections
• •Proven track record with documented results

• •Partnership model or "fixed + percentage" structure (flexible negotiation)
