• •Create static and dynamic creatives for Facebook, Google, and other advertising platforms
• •Design deepfake creatives (static and video) for chargeback-focused campaigns
• •Develop creatives for internal team projects and campaigns
• •Work proficiently with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma
• •Analyze trends, connections, and approaches within crypto chargeback vertical
• •Optimize creative processes using AI and neural networks
• •Stay updated with platform restrictions and develop strategies to work around limitations

• •Proven experience in motion design for crypto chargeback or crypto vertical (mandatory)
• •Strong understanding of composition, editing rules, rhythm, color, and sound design
• •Demonstrated creative thinking with ability to develop trigger-based creatives
• •Knowledge of advertising platform limitations and methods to navigate them
• •Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
• •Understanding of conversion optimization in gray market verticals
• •Experience with AI tools and neural networks for creative optimization
