• •Create stunning and dynamic creative assets based on buyer requests
• •Develop high-converting static and video content for social media platforms
• •Work with minimal briefs and demonstrate creative independence
• •Collaborate with the media buying team to support collective growth
• •Produce engaging visual content that drives conversions

• •Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• •Ability to create bright, dynamic creatives from scratch that convert on social networks (both static and MP4 formats)
• •Strong creativity and ability to work with minimal technical specifications
• •Experience working in teams
• •Responsibility and stress resilience
• •Experience with Midjourney (significant advantage)
