About Us
We are a powerful media buying team with real marketing professionals specializing in the crypto vertical. Due to our growth, we are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- •Create stunning and dynamic creative assets based on buyer requests
- •Develop high-converting static and video content for social media platforms
- •Work with minimal briefs and demonstrate creative independence
- •Collaborate with the media buying team to support collective growth
- •Produce engaging visual content that drives conversions
Requirements
- •Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- •Ability to create bright, dynamic creatives from scratch that convert on social networks (both static and MP4 formats)
- •Strong creativity and ability to work with minimal technical specifications
- •Experience working in teams
- •Responsibility and stress resilience
- •Experience with Midjourney (significant advantage)
