We're looking for a Recruiter to help us scale our team with strong professionals.

• •Hunt A-players in arbitrage and gambling (media buyers, team leads, developers, designers)
• •Lead candidates from first contact through offer stage
• •Understand team requirements and create accurate candidate profiles
• •Set up HR processes, onboarding, and culture of engagement
• •Attract top talent and ensure they stay with the company

• •1+ year of recruitment experience in arbitrage/iGaming
• •Ability to proactively find needed people, not just wait for applications
• •Strong communication skills, adequacy, and confidence
• •Ability to work dynamically without micromanagement and unnecessary meetings
• •Desire to grow with us and influence processes

• •Base rate: $1500+ with bonuses for closed positions
