About the Role
We are a top arbitrage team seeking a professional Recruiter and HR specialist. If you have experience as a recruiter in the affiliate marketing field and want to develop your career, this position is perfect for you. We can also consider candidates without direct experience if they have strong relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities
- •Search and selection of potential candidates, including marketers, media buyers, and other specialists
- •Candidate support throughout all stages of the selection process and handoff to management
- •Maintain candidate database and records
- •Onboarding and team integration of hired candidates
Required Qualifications
- •Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
- •Ability to close Middle/Senior level positions in the gambling vertical
- •Strong negotiation and candidate evaluation skills
- •Knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing industry
