Recruiter

We are a rapidly growing agency in the Affiliate Marketing field. We're scaling our team and looking for a strong recruiter to help us find top specialists.

• •Close vacancies in Affiliate (various levels)
• •Lead full recruitment cycle: from brief to offer
• •Actively search for candidates (Telegram, Djinni, LinkedIn, Work.ua, Robota, etc.)
• •Create and publish job vacancies
• •Analyze market and competitors
• •Maintain reporting and work with analytics

• •Minimum 6 months experience in Affiliate recruiting
• •Experience closing positions: Media Buyer (PPC, Facebook Ads, etc.), Affiliate Manager (crypto/gambling)
• •Understanding of Affiliate market specifics
• •Easy communication and ability to connect with people
• •Independent and result-oriented
• •Desire to grow and develop professionally

• •Remote work format
• •Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00
