Recruiter (No Experience, with Training)

We are an ambitious company actively developing in the Affiliate Marketing sector. We are looking for a recruiter who wants to start their career in a dynamic industry, ready to learn and grow with us!

• •Training from scratch: we provide the necessary knowledge and support at the start
• •Office in central Kyiv: comfortable working conditions, cozy atmosphere and friendly team
• •Career growth opportunities: from newcomer to expert in recruitment and HR
• •Decent salary with the prospect of increase after the probation period

• •Search and selection of candidates for the Affiliate Marketing team
• •Candidate database management and organization of interviews
• •Work with various talent search sources (LinkedIn, specialized websites, etc.)
• •Communication support with candidates and creating a positive company image

• •Understanding of the principles of working in the Affiliate Marketing field (it will be a plus if you are already interested in this industry)
• •Communicability, ability to quickly find common ground with people
• •Responsibility, initiative and desire to learn

• •Full-time work from Monday to Friday
• •Office-based work in Kyiv (no remote work option)
