SMM Specialist / Media Buyer

We are seeking an experienced SMM Specialist with Media Buying expertise in high-risk niches (gambling, betting, gray offers). If you can quickly warm up audiences and find unconventional approaches, we want you on our team.

• •Launch content and channels (Telegram, TikTok, Instagram Reels) for each offer/combination across all geographies
• •Warm up and manage sales funnels: Prelanding → bot/channel → offer
• •Analyze CPL, registrations, deposits, and ROI metrics
• •Test various approaches: hooks, geographies, platforms, personas (from "babushkas" to "students")
• •Scale campaigns: repost networks, traffic purchasing, recruiting assistants

• •1+ years of experience in capping, SMM producing, or arbitrage
• •Ability to create channels and accounts from scratch
• •Experience with gambling, betting, and gray offer niches
• •Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid monetization models
• •Video editing skills (or access to a video editor/designer)
• •Experience with traffic acquisition on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram
• •Email marketing campaign experience
• •English language proficiency (A2 level minimum)
