We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can not just fill vacancies, but attract strong people to our high-performance environment.

• •Full-cycle recruitment: from brief to offer
• •Close key roles: Media Buyer, Team Lead, BizDev, Support, Affiliate, Motion Designer, PHP Developer, and more
• •Active sourcing (LinkedIn, Telegram, professional chats, networking)
• •Build and develop employer brand in the affiliate marketing niche
• •Collaborate with hiring managers
• •Analytics and reporting on recruitment activities
• •Participate in team scaling and process optimization

• •Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (affiliate/iGaming/crypto is a big plus)
• •Understanding of roles in affiliate marketing or ability to learn quickly
• •Results-oriented mindset
• •Strong communication skills and healthy drive
