Team Lead Facebook / Media Buyer Facebook

**For Team Lead Facebook:**

• •Lead and manage a team of Facebook media buyers
• •Develop and implement Facebook advertising strategies
• •Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
• •Conduct team training and knowledge sharing sessions
• •Report on team metrics and campaign results

**For Media Buyer Facebook / In-App:**

• •Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns
• •Optimize in-app advertising campaigns
• •Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
• •Test new strategies and creative approaches
• •Maintain and improve campaign performance metrics
• •Work with CPA and spend-based models

**For Business Development (Senior / Head):**

• •Identify and develop new business opportunities
• •Build partnerships and client relationships
• •Develop business strategy and growth plans
• •Lead negotiations and contract discussions

• •Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the gambling vertical
• •Experience working in media buying teams
• •Strong knowledge of Facebook/Meta advertising platform
• •Understanding of in-app advertising (for Media Buyer role)
• •Experience with CPA and spend-based monetization models
• •Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• •Ability to work independently and manage teams (for Team Lead)
• •English proficiency
