• •Lead and mentor media buyers across Facebook, Google, Taboola, and Outbrain platforms
• •Develop and implement team strategies for crypto vertical campaigns
• •Manage large advertising budgets and optimize spending across multiple geos
• •Collaborate directly with advertisers without intermediaries
• •Ensure team performance meets targets and exceeds KPIs
• •Work with design, technical, and finance departments to support team success

• •Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role
• •Proven experience building media buying teams from zero
• •Successful track record managing large advertising budgets
• •Deep understanding of crypto vertical specifics and market dynamics
• •Expertise with Facebook, Google, Taboola, and/or Outbrain platforms
• •Flexibility to work across various geographic markets
