Technical Support Specialist

We are a large arbitrage team operating across multiple verticals and actively developing our own technical department. Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Tech Support specialist to join our technical team.

### Experience

• •1–2 years of experience in a similar Tech Support position
• •3+ years of general programming experience

### Hard Skills

• •Proficient in: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript
• •Understanding of tracker principles: Keitaro, Binom, or similar solutions
• •Ability to work with technical documentation in multiple languages
• •Basic understanding of web architecture and arbitrage system logic (plus)
