AI Agent Economy in Ethereum
Ethereum developers plan to launch a new standard this week that will allow artificial intelligence (AI) agents to interact with various entities in the ecosystem of the largest platform for decentralized applications.
The proposal, called ERC-8004, aims to create a mechanism through which autonomous AI software agents can participate in the decentralized Ethereum economy. This could open up new opportunities for monetizing AI services and expand the use of smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
