When posting jobs, you agree to: • Publish only current and accurate job listings • Provide truthful information about working conditions and compensation • Not use the platform for spam or fraud • Promptly close inactive job listings We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these rules.

3. Rules for Job Seekers

When using the platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about yourself • Not spam employers with irrelevant applications • Communicate respectfully with potential employers • Not use the platform for illegal purposes

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed via Stripe, Telegram Stars, or cryptocurrency • All prices include applicable taxes • Refunds are available within 24 hours if the job has not been published yet • No refunds are available after the job has been published

5. Limitation of Liability

WEB-HH: • Is not responsible for the content of job listings • Does not guarantee employment • Is not a party to relationships between employers and job seekers • Reserves the right to modify these terms
