We are looking for an Assistant/Junior Media Buyer in Crypto who wants to find satisfaction in their work, receive excellent compensation, and work among the best professionals.

• •With us, you will understand that $100k profit per buyer, which is unattainable for other teams, is normal practice and our minimum standard if you have connections
• •$30k profit is considered a result of low productivity
• •In Ukraine, among crypto teams, we have no competitors that are even 2 times smaller than us

• •Willingness to work 16 hours per day
• •Office attendance is mandatory
• •Required experience with Facebook Ads as an assistant or Junior Media Buyer in Crypto
• •Structured approach to work
• •Ability to analyze data and draw correct conclusions
• •Preference for experience in the Crypto vertical
• •Ability to work with large budgets
• •Priority skill: working with Tier-1 and Tier-2 geos
• •Attention to detail
• •Initiative, creativity, and readiness to work until results are achieved

• •Effective execution of advertising campaigns
• •Continuous monitoring and analysis of advertising campaigns
• •Finding and scaling profitable connections
• •Continuous testing of offers, geos, approaches, and creative strategies
